What started as a personal wellness practice became something I naturally shared with the people closest to me. Family and friends would notice the routines I kept, the foods I prioritized, and the way I spoke about supporting my health intentionally. Over time, the questions started coming

As I shared more, I also became more aware of how important quality and sourcing truly are. Not all sea moss is grown or handled the same way, and I was intentional about choosing options that aligned with how I care for my body and my family.Over the years, I noticed that many people were purchasing sea moss without fully understanding where it came from or how it was grown.
